TUXEDO Computers laptops are gaining more features in the upstream Linux kernel. The Uniwill x86 platform driver, first upstreamed in Linux 6.19, continues to expand. For Linux 7.1, new additions include USB-C power priority settings (charging vs. performance) exposed via sysfs, a fix for XMG Fusion 15 (L19) detection, and broader feature enablement across the TUXEDO device lineup. This progress reduces reliance on out-of-tree drivers for TUXEDO hardware.
