This step-by-step guide walks through setting up an Intel-based Ubuntu Core device to run a video inference demo using AWS Greengrass, including installing Ubuntu Core, configuring AWS IAM users, deploying Greengrass components, and setting up a web dashboard. The demo uses a USB webcam with Intel OpenVINO for local object detection, sending results to AWS IoT Core via MQTT while uploading annotated images to S3.
