Firefox has launched Tab Notes, a new experimental feature available through Firefox Labs. It lets users attach short notes to any browser tab, visible via a sticky note icon when hovering. Notes are stored locally and never sent to Mozilla, keeping them private. The feature is inspired by user research on task resumption after interruptions. To enable it, go to Settings > Firefox Labs and tick 'Tab notes'. Feedback can be shared on Mozilla Connect or Bugzilla.
