<p>Uber tech sucks. I cannot book ride via my Iphone, but I can book ride using IPad with same contact info. They dont even have customer support available. One of my friend who works at uber, said this is a bug Uber has not been able to solve for years. Many reddit users posted this, lack of customer support. When user try to login, it goes to ticketing system, which the IT support team never look into. If user cannot login , how can they get customer support. Lyft is much better than Uber.</p>
