Tracearr is an open-source analytics dashboard for Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby that detects account sharing through five rule types: impossible travel (tracking geographic jumps faster than 1000 km/h), simultaneous locations, device velocity, concurrent streams, and geo restrictions. Built with TimescaleDB for fast time-series queries, it provides trust scoring, real-time alerts via Discord/webhooks, stream termination, and multi-server support in a single self-hosted dashboard. The tool imports existing history from Tautulli or Jellystat and uses Server-Sent Events for instant Plex detection.
