Congratulations for the tips, I agree with everything except bootstrap. CSS + SASS is much simpler and will bring you much more knowledge about how CSS works. Bootstrap is, and always has been for anyone who doesn’t want to write CSS and needs to create a very fast layout with no planning for scalability or anything like that.
I will add Vite + Vue to make it perfect.
