I was already on the verge of switching to Obsidian as well, but I didn’t know it has Vim support!! I’ll definitely switch to Obsidian now! Also great write up!

I don’t like both apps. Notion is overwhelming in my opinion. It is not just note taking app, but a huge system. Obsidian is quite ugly and I dropped it after few months. Testing Bear now.

Notion is just hella slow and Obsidian has awesome Graph connectivity which practically mimics how we learn and store information in our brains anyway. It’s a no-brainer (no pun intended) hehe

I searched on Google previously best note taking app for CSE student. I got many app suggestion like OneNote, Notion, Obsidian… I was confused which one is the best. Now, I will use Obsidian for it and Thanks for you advice. I will start studying CSE from this month.
