A lot of these, if not all, are mentioned in An Elegant Puzzle by Will Larson. I can’t recommend the book, but the concepts seem sound. The problem is applying them to your particular organization… Sometimes easier said than done.

Nice overview of probably most common metrics. Great that author writes how the metric can be visualized, but it would be even better to attach some sample charts
