TodePond/GulfOfMexico: perfect programming language

Gulf of Mexico is a unique programming language with several novel features, such as ending statements with exclamation marks, four types of declarations (constant constants, constant variables, variable constants, and variable variables), significant whitespace for arithmetic operations, and arrays starting at -1. There are multiple ways to handle boolean values, automatic insertion features for missing elements (quotation marks, brackets, etc.), and an unconventional import/export system. The language also humorously supports only one instance of a class and offers a range of string interpolation tactics. Gulf of Mexico has broad flexibility in syntax and is designed for both fun and productive coding.
