CADmore Metal introduces cold metal fusion (CMF) technology to North America, enabling faster and cheaper 3D printing of titanium components. CMF addresses traditional challenges with titanium printing by using a low-temperature process that combines metal powder with polymer binders, followed by solvent treatment and furnace sintering. The technology produces parts 3x faster and 50-60% cheaper than conventional metal 3D printing methods, with applications in aerospace, defense, and energy sectors. CADmore opened North America's first CMF application center in South Carolina, with plans for expansion in 2026.
