Touching grass is crucial. There have been days in which I just didn’t open my frontal door and didn’t go outside.
It’s easy to stay locked when you have almost everything you need in your house. But our skin needs fresh air and our mind will feel amazing after just breathing it.

I have been working from home for the past three years, but I struggle to take breaks and go for a walk.

This is what helps me:
