Great assortment of various concepts and observations with a lot of relevance to Software Engineering. I’ve tried several Pomodoro timers, and always find this method to be very disruptive when I’m in the zone. However, without even knowing it, I absolutely prioritize using the Eisenhower Matrix and like to intersperse the big fixes with some low-hanging fruit (biggest bang for your buck), using the Pareto Principle, when I feel like I need to show some progress before getting back to a grindy issue.
