Using home row mods on your keyboard can significantly improve typing efficiency and reduce strain on your hands. Specially on split keyboards, if you use QMK, <a href="https://getreuer.info/posts/keyboards/achordion/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Achordion</a> practically eliminates the delay by making your keyboard detect your intentions when typing, it’s pretty cool.
