This Raspberry Pi codes, clocks out, and chats on a BBS—and you can build one too

TinyProgrammer is a Raspberry Pi project that runs a local LLM which autonomously writes Python programs, takes breaks, and even socializes on a dedicated BBS called TinyBBS where multiple TinyProgrammer devices share code, critique each other, and post jokes. Each device has its own personality influencing its social behavior. The project has been tested on Raspberry Pi 4B and Pi Zero 2 W, and build instructions are available on GitHub.
