AdHoc Studio's superhero workplace comedy Dispatch uses a hidden RNG manipulation system to keep players feeling the game is fair. Rather than showing true odds, the game secretly auto-succeeds any action with over 76% success chance, grants three such auto-wins before reverting to true odds after a failure, and floors low-percentage chances at 15%. These invisible helpers are removed entirely in the final episode to create a harder, more tense finale. The design draws inspiration from Firaxis's similar approach in XCOM.
