I find this a really funny article.
First of all it’s by an AI company so of course it’s going to be a positive view on AI.
The main point here is supported by the fact that changing the color of a button was pretty easy with AI 😂. Hate to break it to you, that’s pretty easy without AI as well. I somehow doubt that the time it took for them to create the screenshot, change the code and have an dev verify the change would’ve cost less time than just a dev fixing it.
Even funnier is that it almost looks like they’re extrapolating “Changing a button is easy” to “software engineering is easy”.

This window has started and will be the next 2 years. After it will be another 2years before it will be no code. And then it is about understanding you why, else you’ll loose a lot of money on compute. My gut feeling. If you can’t code now. Do not even lean into it. Understand humans instead. But learning is still important, code as a craft is not. Design and research is still important. But for now, build build build. And do something that is better for humanity, else you project don’t even deserve to be here! AI can 100x us… soon 1000x but first in 2 years. Build for humanity and build now.
