The Virtual AGC Project is an open source software emulator of the Apollo Guidance Computer (AGC), the onboard computer used in NASA's Apollo lunar missions during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Each Apollo mission carried two identical AGCs — one for the Command Module and one for the Lunar Module — running different software tailored to each spacecraft's tasks. The emulator runs on multiple platforms and faithfully recreates this historic computing hardware.
