I had written a whole comment on why this article is insulting, from the factually incorrect/outdated information to the ridiculous movie director analogy that directly contradicts the point in the section immediately before. But then I took a quick scan at your other stuff and realized that this disregard for quality or substance (or correct hand anatomy) are just symptoms of a bigger problem, which I’ll leave for you to figure out.
Then again, the market has already figured it out for you – someone with the credibility you claim wouldn’t need a biz dev person cold-calling brands for sponsorships, and could at least offer base pay instead of filtering for the desperate.

This article uses way too many analogies, like someone explaining something to a 5 year old.
