Seemplicity's 2026 State of the Cybersecurity Workforce Report reveals that rapid AI adoption is creating a leadership crisis in enterprise security. Nearly half of U.S. cybersecurity leaders now work the equivalent of a six-day workweek, with 44% finding their roles more exhausting than rewarding.
