This is a re-occurring topic across different platforms. In Europe, more specifically in Sweden where i reside. The chance of loosing your job because of either AI, or just less work is quite minimal. There are still certain rules that companies need to follow, and lay-offs are almost only done when the company is loosing a lot of money. Again, the rules are different but here the most “safe” would be to work for a bigger tech company since they have a bigger brand and reputation to hold up to. Shouldn’t the same principals be for US companies?
