The Python Insider blog has migrated from Blogger to a new Git-backed static site at blog.python.org. All 307 historical posts have been migrated with automatic URL redirects. The new setup uses Markdown files in a Git repository, making contributions easier — anyone with a GitHub account can submit posts via pull request. The site is built with Astro, deployed as static HTML via GitHub Actions, and includes features like tag/year filtering, author pages, full-text search via command palette, dark mode, and an RSS feed compatible with the old Blogger URL.
