NFT’s were more speculation then usability.
There can be more scenarios where it is indeed usefull but I only see some:

Tickets for events, it’s a ready to go system for ticket management. You only need to deploy a contract and made some changes on it to mark the ticket as used, or you could handle it at a centralyzed system that will check the tickets.

Membership of Clubs and DAO’s.
