Kilo Code for VS Code has reached general availability after a complete rebuild on OpenCode server, an MIT-licensed open-source portable core. Key new capabilities include parallel tool calls and subagent delegation for faster execution, an Agent Manager for orchestrating multiple independent agents with git worktree support, inline line-level code review on diffs, multi-model comparisons running different LLMs on the same prompt, and cross-platform session continuity between CLI and VS Code. The shared core means improvements benefit VS Code, CLI, and Cloud Agents simultaneously.
