A talk from Topesk about how they used a hackathon to demonstrate and gain developer buy-in for micro frontend architecture. Teams built mini-games (called 'Topcape') where each team independently developed a small frontend puzzle, and the micro frontend composition layer wired them together into a single escape-room-style game. The experiment proved that parallel, independent frontend development at scale is viable, leading to company-wide adoption of micro frontends.
