A maker applied graph theory to design circuit sculptures made entirely of LED filaments. The challenge involves ensuring all segments illuminate with minimal powered junctions and equal path lengths between them. By representing circuits as directed graphs and applying filter criteria like the edge-geodesic cover problem and bipartite graph properties, workable structures were identified. Three powering methods were explored: direct current between fixed points, alternating current paths, and AC with full-bridge rectification. The approach ensures even current distribution and brightness across filaments.
