Studio Camelia, led by CEO Emma Delage, is launching a Kickstarter campaign for their debut JRPG game titled Alzara Radiant Echoes. The studio aims to bring back the golden age of JRPGs by specializing exclusively in this genre. Delage prioritizes values such as empathy, kindness, diversity, and inclusion in the team. The project faced obstacles in finding VC funding or a publisher, which led to the decision to use Kickstarter as a funding source. Alzara features a soundtrack by Motoi Sakuraba and character designs by Yoshiro Ambe. The Kickstarter campaign aims to reach a target amount of €100,000.
