To celebrate the cool orgs, repos and contributors participating in this year’s edition of Hacktoberfest, we focused on building a Hacktoberfest leaderboard. On the building side of it, we encountered a couple of interesting challenges. For example, there was the idea of tackling “bad” repos, having fairness in ranking and taking away bots (you can read more about this <a href="https://docs.quine.sh/misc/hacktoberfest" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">here</a> ).
