Calling content 'slop' because it might be AI-generated is an ad hominem fallacy that bypasses actual quality evaluation. LLMs learned bullet-point formatting from human writing, and structured lists are genuinely easier to absorb. While LLMs lack improvisation and unconventional thinking needed for great literature or novel algorithms, they excel at systematizing knowledge, writing documentation, and routine tasks — provided a competent human reviews the output. Dismissing work based on suspected AI authorship rather than its actual quality is intellectually lazy and counterproductive.
