The study found that on good days, developers spend more time developing and less time collaborating. 6 types of developer workdays were identified, and good days were found to be more common in clusters where developers could work alone and focus on development-related activities. Email activity and meetings were not found to be necessarily bad, but good days were more likely to be uninterrupted and go as planned.</p>
