A coding habit with great impact, is consistency, in my opinion.
Doing all five consistently, helps reap maximum benefit.
Easier said than done, though.

This is very straight to the point! I like the one you’ve mentioned in #3. I really love to create test cases when creating features as they always give me assurance and validates also that I understand the scope of the feature I’m making.
