Focus on the simplest solutions like SharePoint forms for data gathering and Power BI for data visualization. Assess the entire lifecycle of an application including deployment, support, and scalability. Simpler alternatives like Microsoft Forms and Outlook rules might be more efficient in certain scenarios.
