Chrome Canary is testing a new `<meta name=text-scale>` feature that allows web pages to respect system-level text size accessibility settings on iOS and Android. Unlike page zoom, this only scales text, not the entire page layout. Currently, increasing system text size has no effect on web content in Safari or Chrome, making this a meaningful accessibility improvement for mobile users.
