Target Copilot models to organizations with model rules

GitHub Copilot now supports targeted model rules in public preview, giving enterprise owners granular control over which AI models are available to specific organizations. Instead of a single enterprise-wide setting, admins can create rules that allow specific Copilot models for selected organizations. The default model availability interface has also been refreshed, letting admins set each model's availability to Enabled or Optional from a single page. Available to Copilot Business and Copilot Enterprise plan customers.
