TanStack Start offers three notable SSR features: SSR is enabled by default with minimal setup, it can be disabled per-route with a single `ssr: false` flag for client-only rendering, and a unique 'data only' mode fetches data server-side but renders exclusively on the client. The data-only mode is especially useful for dashboards, avoiding redundant server and client rendering cycles. Loaders must use server functions to ensure correct execution context, and everything is strongly typed end-to-end.
