Tabnine's new feature, Code Provenance and Attribution, helps protect companies from incorporating restrictively licensed code generated by AI into their codebase. It checks AI-generated code against public GitHub repositories to identify license types and flags potentially problematic code. This feature supports various models, including Claude and GPT-4o, and additionally assists with code fixing, test case generation, and implementing Jira issues. Currently available as a private preview for enterprise customers, Tabnine will host a webinar to further discuss the feature.
