Synchronizing LiquidPlanner with Exchange calendars

A walkthrough of synchronizing Microsoft Exchange calendar appointments into LiquidPlanner using the EWS Java API and Groovy. The approach connects to Exchange via auto-discovery, fetches appointments for each user over a 6-month window, filters out short meetings, and creates corresponding events in LiquidPlanner via its REST API. The External Reference field is used to avoid duplicate entries, and a workaround for plus signs in Exchange appointment IDs is noted.
