The idea of all government software being open source is somehow both obvious and crazy. I kind of love it. I really hope this goes well and a new standard is set as a result.

Interesting. Does this apply to all government agencies? Both state and federal?
Will there be more scruntiny on government offices and will this create opportunities within the government organization in Switzerland?
