Sumo Digital has announced a partnership with chip maker Arm to evaluate its in-development neural technology under real-world game development conditions. Arm claims its AI-powered neural accelerators will enable PC-quality graphics on mobile devices. The two companies plan to showcase demos at GDC. The news comes as Sumo Digital undergoes significant restructuring, having divested several subsidiaries and refocused its business on development services for partners.
