Substack has launched a built-in Recording Studio, a desktop-only tool that lets creators pre-record solo videos or conversations with up to two guests. Features include custom watermarks, screen sharing, and auto-generated clips and thumbnails. The launch is part of Substack's broader push into video, which also includes a TV app on Apple TV and Google TV, video monetization, and a $20M Creator Accelerator Fund. Substack reports that creators using audio or video in the past 90 days have grown revenue 50% faster than those who haven't.
