Stord, a logistics technology company, has raised $250 million in a Series F round at a $3 billion valuation, doubling its previous valuation from 2025. The round was led by Strike Capital with participation from Founders Fund, Kleiner Perkins, and others. Stord operates nearly 100 warehouses globally, processes over $15 billion in annual GMV, and serves more than 1,000 customers. The company is launching Stord Labs to test AI and robotics systems for warehouse automation, aiming to give independent brands delivery speeds comparable to Amazon Prime. Stord has completed eight acquisitions including Ware2Go from UPS and Shipwire from CEVA Logistics. The funding reflects growing pressure on independent retailers as Amazon expands its logistics dominance, including 30-minute delivery in dozens of US cities and deployment of its millionth warehouse robot.
