Spacelift has launched Spacelift Intelligence, a conversational AI feature built on top of its IaC orchestration platform. It allows DevOps teams to query infrastructure state, provision resources using natural language, receive AI-generated diagnostics, and reduce onboarding time — all within policy guardrails. Built on Claude Sonnet 4.6 (with bring-your-own-LLM support), it extends the earlier open-source Spacelift Intent MCP server. The feature is designed for incremental trust adoption: start with visibility, then move to provisioning. Customer examples include Cityblock Health, which used it to enforce policy-driven self-service deployments, and Vega, which accelerated experimentation without touching production systems. Spacelift supports Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi, and OpenTofu.
