A browser-based Solari split-flap display built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no frameworks, no build step, just a single HTML file. Each cell simulates a physical drum that spins forward through characters in sequence, decelerating as it reaches the target, with synthesized mechanical click sounds via the Web Audio API. Quotes cycle every 5 seconds with staggered cascade animations. The project is open-source and MIT-licensed on GitHub, and was initially built in minutes using Claude.
