Socket has launched a Jira integration that lets engineering and security teams convert Socket security alerts into Jira issues. The integration supports manual ticket creation, automated ticketing rules with configurable triggers and conditions, and two-way sync so Jira issues stay current as alerts change. Teams can route alerts to specific Jira projects, configure issue type, priority, labels, and assignees, and optionally auto-close Socket alerts when tickets are resolved. Available for Jira Cloud on Business and Enterprise plans via the Atlassian Forge app.
