SNAK Venture Partners closed an oversubscribed $50M debut fund anchored by Pritzker Group to invest in B2B digital marketplaces. Founded by Sonia Nagar and Adam Koopersmith, the Chicago-based firm targets underdigitized industries like supply chain and construction, planning to write $1-2M seed checks into at least 20 companies over 3-4 years. The fund has already invested in six companies including BigRentals and Repackify, focusing on overlooked founders outside traditional tech hubs.
