This is yet another step in a direction, where credentials inflation is getting out of control. The program will output an analasys of the resumeznot a person. Essentially it becomes more important to have a credentials than being a nice person to work with. Unless it will consider soft skills like work ethic, likeabiliy, problem solving skills, ability to work in a team and so on.

For example on my end, we recently were looking for a fullstack dev, and we received more than 600 applications. If I had that tool back then, I wouldn’t have use it to “find the one” in all of these applications, but at least you have a good first filter, with what you’re specifically looking for. But I get your point and I agree that if we use this to fully automate the process, it’s not a good thing.
