The question is: where is the gap?
It is fairly standard for teams to report a need for more resources to get tasks done, but I increasingly feel that UK (compared to US) software development lacks serious tech talent within the teams.
Think quality rather than quantity. This is something we need to do something about in the UK to create more so-called 10x developers as with that comes a culture of continuous delivery.
That is also the path to growth, which in turn will lead to more resources being available to teams to enable success.
