SiFive Raises $400M To Double Down On High Performance RISC-V For Data Centers

SiFive has raised $400 million in a Series G financing round to accelerate high-performance RISC-V development for data centers. NVIDIA and Apollo Global Management are among the investors. The funding will go toward next-gen RISC-V CPU core designs, accelerator and system IP, and software development targeting CUDA, Red Hat, and Ubuntu environments.
