IMHO Bun is a no brainer - they got everything right from the start to be a succesfull modern Node.js replacement.
Deno’s great but their focus seemed to be quite different. Security, web standards, providing a better way to run Javascript on the server. They didn’t find Bun’s way to leverage the current Javascript ecosystem; where unfortunately everything’s spinning around Node.js.
