Yes, enabling post approval is a good idea to maintain the quality and relevance of group’s content.

As a side note - we also shipped today the ability to moderate multiple squads in parallel, which makes post-approval even easier if you have multiple Squads you’re part of.

Absolutely. And maybe good idea to mark some posts as “promotion”. Sometimes promotion posts can be useful. But some time it is just a clickbait.
Like “Best SMPT for developing”. You expect some analytics and comparative analysis, but it just ADV.
So “{{promotion}} Best SMPT for developing”. Give you clear understanding.
Ban is not a option, because some Devs promote their small projects without clickbait. Like “{{promotion}} My new lib for React to inject c++ inside for some reasons”. It is may be interesting.
