The Shop Minis CLI now requires developers to have 'Manage apps' permission in their Shopify Partner account to create and manage Shop Minis. Organization owners or admins must grant this permission through the Partner Dashboard under Settings → Team. Without this permission, CLI commands for setting up new Minis or managing submissions will fail with an error.
